Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

Shipping Policy

 • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
 • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
 • Crowned Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Crowned Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Order Processing Policy

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.


Product Quality Disclaimer

Our hair is 100% human hair. Each bundle may vary slightly in texture and color due to its natural state.
